HOTEL felice Osaka -伊丹空港-

ここはラブホテル兼用のホテルでした。 ラブホテル兼用が基本情報に掲載されていないばかりか、チェックイン時間が18:00からであることも、荷物預かりが有料（一個につき1,000円）であることも基本情報には掲載されておらず、前日の夜にメッセージが来て（夜遅かったのでメッセージに気付かず）、当日の朝に知りました。 出張でラブホテル兼用のホテルに泊まるわけには行かないので、当日の朝、タクシーでホテルの玄関まで行ってラブホテル兼用であることが分かった時点で、キャンセル料なしのキャンセルを依頼し、Booking.comからも支援頂きましたが、結局ホテルは無料キャンセルに応じてくれませんでした。 ラブホテル兼用であることが分かっていたら、そもそも予約しませんでした。ホテルは基本情報にその旨きちんと掲載すべきだと思います。チェックイン時間や荷物預かりが有料なことも基本情報にきちんと載せるべきだと思いました。騙された感で一杯です。

Spacious and comfortable

Unlike other accommodation, there is no key or access card to get into the room. To get in or out, you need to tell the reception and they will remotely unlock and lock your door, which means you are basically locked in the room and cannot get out freely without telling the reception. We stayed for 5 days here, one day we told the reception that you were going out, they failed to lock our door afterwards and when we returned the room was unlocked so anyone could have come in while we were out. Anything manual that relies on a person to do is a bit unreliable. Another drawback is there are not many options for food around the hotel.

お風呂が広くてとても良かった！

残念なところは前の人のゴミが残ってたことと風呂の天井に黒カビがあったこと それ以外は問題なし

La chambre spacieuse et confortable La partie douche et wc qui fait jacuzzi L'espace commun est sympa Le personnel est trop gentil, meme si ils ont un peu des difficulté avec l'anglais, mais on arrive toujours à se débrouiller

J'ai faillit me casser la gueule sur les marches dans la chambre Pas adapté à des personnes en chaise roullante (pour les chambres éco du moins)
