"Wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bath family home in a central Napa location"

Location. Spaciousness of home. Fully stocked kitchen with island. The refrigerator was stocked with water and beverages. Coffee maker with coffee packets and cream/sugar. Spacious seating in living room. Fireplace. All electrical outlets and light switches were energy efficient. Central air conditioning. Cute backyard with outdoor seating. Bedrooms and bathrooms were updated, spacious and nicely furnished. Good hot showers. Good parking in driveway.

For non-coffee drinkers, a selection of hot tea bags would have been nice.
