Lovely Hotel and a wonderful service. All the staff were very attentive, very cleaned rooms and water provided in the rooms. "Special thanks to Ms. Apriani for being so kind and welcoming"

"Poor"

It's old hotel but change name. Room are bad specially bathroom dirty. Shower head not working, tv chanel not working and room need condition very bad smelly.

"It's okay only for a night stay."

Only the location

They charged me for an early check in. I've paid, and they did not give me my change. Well, it was only a 25.000 change but still, that wasn't very nice. Unpleasant smell in the room. The bathroom was filthy.

"Needs lots of details addressed to be high ranking but has potential"

Was close to Times Square Kuta. Owner helpful.

Lots of little things not done. Example toilet seat not fastened. View was to a lot of trash. Rust stains. I asked to leave my luggage and because of language barrier they needed me to wait to leave (even though they were holding my luggage until they checked the room - which was fine. Owner accommodating.
