ININININWe were not provided whatever was mentioned in the description. When we asked we were it will be extra charged. It was mentioned in the description that the room will have a washing machine, kitchen, open terrace, daily cleaning of the room, kettle, when we ask for kitchen we were told we have to pay RS 700/- per day extra. So I refused the kitchen and asked if we could cook for half an hour any one day of our stay. It was agreed by the owner's mother. We just had to make Maggie for which we had asked for two tsp oil, salt and sugar. For this we were said no thing is free you should have brought all your required material. You should have taken the kitchen and many more things. We were continuously getting calls for advance payment of RS 500/- a week before, it was stopped only when we made payment of RS 100/- As soon as we entered the hotel we were ask to pay RS 2000/- as advance.
There were four of us, and when two of us flight tickets got cancelled they said they would not be charged for stay. But while check out they were charged RS 1200/-. We were charged RS 550/- GST but we got a bill in a piece of paper, which didn't even have a hotel stamp. When asked about it we were told this is the bill we give everyone, and the hotel doesn't have any stamp.
