The place is supeeer clean. N the staff r vry friendly n helpful.

The taps r dripping. Other than that no complaints at all.

Staff was really Nice and helpful , manager even agreed to reduce my stay and exceeded checkout time

There was some outside work going on which could have been avoided if some other room would have been given

Breakfast was not included, bottled water, tea coffee sachet sugar etc not provided,electricity some times were going off/on,room cleaning only when asked for, linen, bed sheets towel/s same story. When I booked the room it showed one double bed and a single on the side but I got only a big bed enough for two people, room does not overlooking road and daylight entry was minimal. Toilet is big but supply of shampoo, moisturiser, soap will be only when asked

Professional approach was missing. Paid full money upon arrival,receipt was hand written with no GST ,dates etc. Although my stay did not face any trouble.

All the amenities and room was clean

If they could only keep some professional room service it will be perfect.

Online price was different comparing to the price paid at the hotel
