GOCCE VILLAS - El Royale Suites Sorrento Orange

The only thing that is positive about this place is the close location to the historic centre.

We paid a significant amount of money for this apartment, expecting a comfortable stay, but what we experienced was far from acceptable. The apartment was dirty upon arrival — I’ve attached photos as proof: AC filters filled with dirt, hair stuck to glassware, and two beds with dirty sheets, one of which even had blood stains. One of the bathrooms was completely unusable: water from the shower sprayed onto the ceiling, and there was a terrible smell of drainage throughout (see photo). The second bathroom wasn’t much better — the toilet seat was broken, the rain shower did not work properly, and overall, it was barely functional. The host, Grazia, greeted us with a smile at check-in, but it became clear very quickly that this was just an act! As soon as we raised the above issues, she became unresponsive and impossible to reach, turning into a Ghost. She stopped answering our messages and calls and she pretended to not understand English and Italian (her native tongue). When we contacted Booking.com for assistance, she avoided/ignored them as well. This was an awful experience and a complete waste of money. Avoid this property at all costs.

There could have been more of necessary things like extra bedsheets, pillows, toilet paper and household paper. Different kind of coffee maker (only small mocca) would have been great. It was to small for group of 5.

Muy amplio, cómodo y muy bien ubicado. Grazia fue la mejor anfitriona. El Lavarropas no funcionaba bien y al otro día teníamos un Lavarropas nuevos. Fue muy amable y servicial con cada requerimiento nuestro! Muy recomendable.

Location was fabulous. Air conditioned.

No parking, even though it was advertised as having parking. We hired a car and had to organise seperate parking when we arrived. It is also in an area of town where there is very limited access for vehicles, mainly small cars and scooters. So had to take our luggage from a few blocks over.

Location and size

The small apartment was nit fully functional. Problem with toilet and air conditioning. Ran out if hit water first night but was taken care of when contacted staff.

The location was good.

The smell in the second restroom and the air conditioner didn't work in the second bedroom.
