The serenity, ambience (and cleanliness of it), the facilities (i.e. availability of fridges, microwave oven, Iron/Ironing table, kitchen utensils, toiletries, etc), and the friendliness of the staff (especially).

What the host showed us what not what he sold to us. He rather sold it out to A white fellow , misplaced priority

The fact the host was greedy

The place is not really clean. I had to leave and check for another place.

Cleanliness

The man who welcomed us was pleasant. The location was nice.

I didn't like that quite a number of the things indicated in the booking were either unavailable or misleading. The booking indicated that there will be breakfast. On arrival, we were informed that breakfast was coffee/tea only. Of course, that isn't breakfast. Also, it stated that the room had AC, but that wasn't the case. The bathroom had no shower curtain, so water spilled to the water closet area when bathing. There were also no bath mats or mop to dry up the water. We also found used soap with hair on the sink (I added a picture of this to the comment). There were also hair strands everywhere.
