Людські нігті на килимку у ванній, бруд. Дивиться фото. А прибирання входить в оплату🤬🤬🤬 Тече бачок. Власники (оператор житла) брехун. Питала про пізніший виїзд, відмовили, "бо є вже люди". Я дивилася сьогодні номери через запізнення автобуса - апартаменти вільні!

All of the useful amenities pictured were there and working.

It was small and cramped, which I did not get from the pictures. It was a little awkward to move around in that.

The location was excellent

We arrived at midnight at the designated spot for the key pick-up, only to find that there is no lockbox with a key. After contacting the property manager we were told that they mistakenly gave us the old location and that we should go to another location. We were given the instructions and so we made way(with all our belongings) to the lockbox, which was located in a dark and sketchy area. We found the lockbox, but this time there was no key inside. At this point the time is 1 hour after midnight, tired from the traveling and walking with the bags to these lockboxes, we call the owner and it turns out they can’t give us the apartment that we booked for the whole period we were in Bratislava(not sure if they overbooked or technical issues). We were given another apartment which frankly is not up to standards. The electric appliances were old. The kettle had so much limescale that it was unusable. The bathroom door hinges were not fixated and the door would come out of the frame(not cool when you enter the apartment, tired and annoyed and you have to mount the door). The bed was squeaky and not comfortable. At least we were not left out on the street
