We planned our vacation to Corfu for a long time, carefully choosing the perfect place to stay. In the end, our choice was amazing! The house is in a beautiful spot with a stunning sea view from the terrace, surrounded by beaches and breathtaking nature. A 5-8 minute drive will take you to plenty of restaurants with great prices and food markets. The house was clean and well-equipped with everything you need, including reliable WiFi, which is always important. The host is a kind and responsible person, always available if you need anything, and ready to offer good advice. I highly recommend this place!

Billys, il proprietario della struttura, è una persona squisita ed estremamente disponibile. Uno dei migliori host incontrati di sempre. Si è premurato di trovarci una barca a un prezzo modico per visitare le bellezze della costa sottostante e di accompagnare mio marito dal suo medico per ottenere degli antidolorifici specifici evitandoci un giro in ospedale. L'appartamento ha tutto l'indispensabile per una permanenza serena ma soprattutto gode di una posizione suggestiva e appena fuori dal paese, quindi offrendo silenzio e tranquillità. Presente una piscina che torna utile nelle giornate ventose se si hanno bambini piccoli (noi non l'abbiamo utilizzata ma era pulita quotidianamente, priva di impurità). Indubbiamente, un posto da tenersi cari se si vuole tornare o da consigliare ad amici e parenti. Bagno e cucina funzionali. Parcheggio in proprietà privata. Frutta del giardino (uva e limoni) disponibile (magari chiedete per gentilezza prima al proprietario!). Cos'altro dire? Abbiamo trascorso una settimana piacevole, allietata da suggerimenti e chiacchiere del host, sapendo che per QUALSIASI imprevisto o dubbio, lui era disponibile! Grazie ancora! Sicuramente rimarrà un bel ricordo del luogo e di queste giornate greche.

Fantastisk sted, der ligger kun 1 times kørsel fra lufthavnen ved Avliotes 15 min. vest for Sidari. Du skal have bil for at komme til stedet. Og de sidste 2 km. er af halvdårlig vej - men med god skiltning. Der er skilte til huset fra hovedvejen. Et fint hus med god swimmingpool, minibar (mod betaling) og alle faciliteter. Det bedste er terrassen hvor du kan nyde bl.a. en fantastisk solnedgang. Huset er tæt på alt - men du skal bruge bil. Værten er fantastisk og kan give gode anbefalinger til spisesteder og oplevelser i området. Hvis der mangler noget, så er han der med det samme. Bare skriv. Stedet er som det ser ud på billederne.

Alt var godt. Men hvis man kommer 5-6 personer, så skal man sove på sovesofa i stuen som ikke har samme standard som de 2 soveværelser. Aircondition fransoveværelserne kan ikke køle stuen, så hvis I er mere end 4 personer, så skal I bede om at få en ventilator. Madrasserne på sovesofaerne i stuen er meget hårde.

We chose this location for the nice views, for being in the nature.

We couldn't spend more than 1 hour, everything was extremely dirty. The bed matress is hard as rock. The windows weren't washed for at least a year. The house is invaded by insects I've never seen in my life. The fridge is disgusting, the bathroom disgusting, nothing clean. The owner is a con man. Never agreed to give any money back. Booking.com customer service is treating him like a golden partner. Booking.com is encouraging frauds and scams like this, unbelievable. The security department from Booking.com has several cases agaist him. Still, they keep this accomodation active, for other people to mess up their holidays. I filed all this to the european comission for customer rights. I'm sorry I'm not allowed to post more than 4 photos in a review. Everything was dirty as the things in the photos, even the tv was all dirty. The owner had the audacity to start the conversation saying the house is very clean and that we need to leave it clean after. He announced us that during our 4 nights stay, he has a cement delivery to make the base of a swimming pool. He planned to have a construction site while renting the appartment. Shame on Booking.com and shame on their customer service. They are helping their partners to scam their clients. I wonder where will Booking.com be with frauding partners but no clients.

Lovely villa in a quiet neighbourhood with great views of the sea. The lower unit is where guests reside whereas the upper apartment is occupied by the owner. There is a beautiful secluded beach nearby. Amazing views from the terrace. There is a beautiful secluded naturalist beach nearby.
