Buena ubicación

Habíamos reservado con balcón y no tenía y nos habían dicho que en otro edificio y era en el mismo, supongo que fue un cambio pero no nos comentaron nada. Aunque está anunciado, así que lo sabíamos, hay ascensor que no funciona

L’emplacement est parfait. Le parking privé est pratique bien que cher.

Propriétaire mal aimable et semble là seulement pour l’argent. Ambiance de prison et odeur de cigarette imprégnée dans les parties communes. Les murs sont a moitié moisis dû a la grande humidité et la douche (qui est dans un coin de la chambre) est "cachée" par un tableau accroché a la hâte directement sur la vitre. Ne vaut pas le prix et assez différent des photos.. seul l’emplacement vaut le coup car vous serez au cœur de Côme en 2 minutes a pieds.

"Posizione eccellente, peccato per la struttura"

Posizione eccellente, situata praticamente di fronte al Duomo. Lo staff è stato cordiale e disponibile.

La struttura risulta fatiscente e non è minimamente curata. Crepe sui muri, macchie sulla tappezzeria delle poltrone, sanitari risalenti agli anni '70. La manutenzione e la pulizia non sono assolutamente sufficienti, sia per gli spazi interni che esterni.
