Emplacement pres du duomo et des commodités. Chambres très ombragées donc parfait en été. Une personne est sur place en journée. Un peu désuet mais la literie est bonne ! La chambre est grande .

Muy buena ubicación, personal muy amable. Estaba limpio y la cama era cómoda.

Compartir baño, pero era algo que ya sabía cuando reservé el alojamiento.

"Plenty of positives and Maurizio, our host, was charming."

The beds were comfortable. En suite bathroom. Air con. Communal reading room with table and fridge. Communal terrace. View to il Duomo. Easy check in and check out. Accommodated our early arrival.

There has been a bit of water ingress by the window. It did not bother us but it should probably get seen to at some point to make sure the stonework stays ok.

Расположение отеля замечательное. Прекрасный ресепшн, доброжелательный, решает все вопросы.

Шумная сторона, ночью плохо спать из-за шума машин (но это не вина отеля). Холодильник общий с соседями в коридоре, как и терраса.

"nice stay"

15 min walk from san giovanni train station, staff is very helpful & friendly, air conditioning was great, balcony is a nice touch

shower leaks through the sealant in the green room, bed dips in the middle as the mattress is just on a frame without supports, but it wasn’t a problem as we were only there 1 night
