During our stay at Moon Palace, my family and I had a fantastic experience. The staff, particularly Mr. Yaseen, Mr. Mudassir, and Mr. Ijaz, were incredibly cooperative and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, adding to our overall pleasant stay. We left with wonderful memories and a desire to return soon.

"Everything was perfect except the ACs were working slow"

Everything was perfect except the Air conditioning system, the Ac was working but didn't work as expected, the weather was very hot. The ACs should be working very fine in this kinda weather
