המיקום הוא טוב ונוח. יחידת הדיור היא די חדשה וזה היתרון הגדול ביותר. איש הצוות היה חביב ויעיל בזמן השהות שם. המקלחת ממש טובה. יש מעלית נוחה לקומה. הקומה די גבוהה. רשתות נגד יתושים בחלונות. ויש איבזור טוב מאוד.

אין מרפסת ליחידת הדיור שהייתי בה. לא היתה לי ישיבה עם נוף לצפות בו. המטבח הקטן המאולץ היווה את החוליה החלשה. המאוורר בתיקרה לא עבד.
