I recently rented an MGM Properties apartment, and while the unit itself was fine, the management was anything but. The issues began when the washing machine failed to work. Following its instructions, I had already added detergents and additives before attempting to start a cycle—only to find out it wouldn't function. I reached out for assistance, but MGM Properties didn’t respond until the next day, far too late to offer a solution. Left with no other choice, I had to hand-wash an entire large load of clothing that had been soaked in detergent, resulting in irreversible damage to several items. As if that wasn’t frustrating enough, MGM Properties showed no concern for the inconvenience they caused. Due to the extra time needed to handle this mess, my departure was delayed, and they had no hesitation in keeping my $80 security deposit. But their poor practices didn’t end there. They falsely accused us of smoking in the unit and attempted to charge a ridiculous $250 deep cleaning fee—despite the fact that my group meticulously cleaned the apartment before leaving. I strongly believe this charge was made in retaliation for their failed attempt to penalize me for having my service dog with me. Initially, MGM Properties insisted on charging me for this, despite it being illegal. Only after I had to educate their unprofessional point of contact—who never introduced themselves—did they drop that fee. But shortly after, the mysterious deep cleaning charge appeared instead. MGM Properties has proven to be dishonest, unreliable, and retaliatory. If you expect integrity, professionalism, or even basic communication from a rental company, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. *I've tried to attach screenshots of conversations however the website isn't allowing me to post them*

We didn't try to get in until we got to the location. It kept telling me to go to my email. My email is on my home computer which is it not working well and the printer is not working at all.
USWe didn’t order breakfast. The location was good because it’s just few minutes away from the wedding event we attended.
Everything was good.
