Visited last February and my return says it all? (I love the idea of community pubs).

Lovely pub and great location, very friendly staff.

The booking implied sole use of the shared kitchen area - not a big deal but might have been if we had chosen to rely on it. Otherwise all good from the stay thank you

Slap bang in the middle of town, with on street parking available outside for the three motorbikes we had. Breakfast wasn't an option but there are places in the town. Great vibe in the pub, plenty of freindly locals. Ended up playing in the local poker match on the Friday! Room was great, and couldn't hear any pub noise whatsoever. Comfy beds, good facilities. All in all, really great stay.

To be honest there was nothing we didn't like.

very comfortable beds, well configured bunks which feel nice and private. Very clean, good bathroom and shower. You'll hear some noise from the pub, but that's inevitable. There is a kitchen you can use but it's quite minimal. There's a well stocked shop right across the road. Staff were helpful in relation to us getting our luggage picked up.

Staff weren't aware that we had a reservation for dinner - though they did squeeze us in. Loads of dogs in the restaurant, though I appreciate that for some people that's a bonus
