The location and price were fantastic and the reason for our booking of this place. It was also fairly spacious. The check-in and check-out process was also good, as the owners were very flexible and accommodating to our requests.

The cleanliness was a big issue for us. Even though they seemed to be there cleaning in the morning before we arrived, there was still a lot of dust, cobwebs and insects in all the rooms, including massive spiders and cockroaches. In fairness, we booked the place very last-minute, but if a decent standard of cleanliness cannot be maintained, I don't think they should be renting the place out. We did some cleaning ourselves, especially of the washroom and common areas, but despite this we ended up cancelling our stay in the house because of it, and moving to a hotel in the area.
