The price and parking available

The smoke detector was covered up when we walked into the room and it smelled like weed. The blanket had tears in them and there were stains on the bed sheets and pillow. It was definitely not washed.

Good size room and the AC was like new

I didn't like the small fridge. When we arrived tte original fridge didn't work.But they replaced it with another within minutes
