No word for the clealiness, decorations, space, balcony, the design is amazing and the views breath taking.

I did not like that we have no second kei as there were 2 of us using the room, but the doorman one of the nicest. Tipped him i50 dollars after the 5th time of oppening. Please change the polcy for smoking at least on the terrace, you can not stay there a a lot anyway, because of the noisy wind. I mean most people this is what they rent it for. Or. If not, make it clear in the Booking despreiprion, otherwise reading after I paid, is no help. And on booking there was no menioned to not smoke on the balcony. Aprt from that I did not enjoy your AI assistent for my checkin, payment and buy seevices. These should be through booking and mentioned before had. After received a link to checkin, we were requested to a site where I added my id and data and bank details with nothing propting dor my approval and som e GdPR, and they asked 40 euro partink to 2 days althoug the parking was half full and there is a gas station accross the street with free parking. Not even a water, somerhing at this luxury, strict , expensive hotel…. ? Very nice accomodation, but the after booking was a nightmare. Every extterman link wanted to pay again and again, just after paying the deposit, I received my code. I payed 200 + 220 plus 40 eur. Because they do not give you the door code if you dont’ and pay the 200 € deposit. Also just fyi. Bathroom woth closet needs bin for trash. Have more that 2 towels availabl, leave a water ffs. Very expensive for the stress.

A pre payment using non well known payment platform was requested. When I asked for alternative , they didn’t provide any option. Potential fake.

The apartment is very well equipped and very nice decorated. The bed is absolutely amazing and huge. Very clean. Amazing view over the city, with the iconic castle, and the Danube.

The apartment was absolutely perfect. Easy to find and with gorgeous views of the city centre. Highly recommended!

The attitude The toilet was stinky due to air circulation, i booked this ‘´ 5 stars ´ accommodation and i cannot invite anyone due to all these rules in place

Great room great views and great assistant, Martin was really helpful throughout the process.

For the price of the room, it would of been nice to have a free bottle/s or a free can/s of coke or fanta and a packet of crisps or nuts to enjoy. Not something id mark the hotel down on as there was a kitchen tap with water and glasses.

Everything, Martin is very pro person.

The accommodation is relatively new and spacious。

The shower water is sometimes cold and sometimes hot, but it's not well regulated. I stayed for 7 days, like this every day。
