Dewi Kunti Villa

We had a truly amazing stay at Dewi Kunti Villas. Even before our arrival, the communication was very attentive and personal. When we arrived, we received such a warm welcome and immediately felt comfortable. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. We had WhatsApp support from our private host, even until late in the evening. Recommendations, bookings and small requests were always handled quickly and professionally. What we really appreciated was that all services offered were very fairly priced. For example, the scooter rental for 100k per day was the best scooter I have ever rented abroad. We also booked in-villa massages almost every evening and can highly recommend them. The villa was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast served in the villa was excellent, and the restaurant was also really good, with fresh food available until 10:30 pm. I worked in luxury hospitality myself for several years and travel a lot, so I know how rare this level of service is. The value for money, hospitality and service were truly exceptional. We would definitely come back and can fully recommend Dewi Kunti Villas.

The villa exceeded our expectations! It was even more beautiful than in the photos. What impressed us the most was the incredible staff, who were always kind, welcoming, and happy to help. As a lovely surprise, we were offered a complimentary massage upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch. The villa itself is stunning—spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It has a beautiful large swimming pool and comfortable bed. It’s the perfect place for anyone looking for peace, quiet, and relaxation. The restaurant also exceeded our expectations. Every meal was delicious, and we couldn’t fault the food at all. The location is excellent as well, with easy access to both Ubud town center and Tegallalang. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. If I ever return to Bali, this is definitely where I would stay again.

Exceptional team and the villa, every day we got breakfast to our room and they provided the best possible experience for us. Also the team is very fast, when we ordered room service in 20 min it was delivered. Just awesome. Great room with pool and comfy beds. 10/10 would recommend. The food is also really good.

Keep in mind that this is in the midle of nature and you will hear a lot of animal sounds in the evening.

Una estancia fantástica. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, haciéndonos sentir muy cómodos desde la llegada. El desayuno estaba delicioso y con varias opciones para elegir. La villa es muy tranquila, rodeada de naturaleza y con unas vistas preciosas, ideal para relajarse y desconectar. Además, cuenta con un restaurante con buena comida, precios razonables y bastante variedad. También ofrecen servicio a la habitación, por lo que puedes disfrutar tanto del desayuno como de comidas o cenas sin salir de la villa. Sin duda, una experiencia muy positiva y un alojamiento al que volveríamos encantados.

Quizá un poco lejos del centro de Ubud pero no es un problema por que está muy tranquilo y el Gojek llega sin problema

Food could be better.

The staff were exceptionally kind, down-to-earth, and always willing to help. They were available whenever we needed assistance and were, without a doubt, the highlight of our stay. The villa itself was beautiful and tastefully decorated. It was equipped with everything we could possibly need: shampoo, shower gel, towels, tissues, toothbrushes, slippers, and even a minibar stocked with a variety of drinks. There were also snacks available, a hairdryer, mosquito repellent devices, and fast-charging outlets for our phones. The only real issue during our stay was the hot water in our first villa. However, the staff were so kind and attentive that we hardly considered it a major inconvenience. Since the problem could not be fully resolved, they proactively offered us another villa the following day. The hot water situation was better there, although it was still not perfect. To make up for the inconvenience, they generously offered us a complimentary massage and arranged a free transfer to the airport. They apologized sincerely on multiple occasions and genuinely cared about ensuring that we were comfortable and happy. The staff Yasa, Dedi, and others truly deserve the highest praise. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The outstanding hospitality, warmth, and dedication of the staff far outweighed the minor inconveniences. One small suggestion would be to expand the menu, as there were relatively few choices apart from chicken dishes.

There were also some flies and ants in the villa. However, considering that we were in Southeast Asia and that the villa is located right next to the rice fields, we understand that this is difficult to avoid completely. Occasionally, we even found a few ants on the bed, but it was not a major issue for us. Fortunately, there was no mosquitoes during our stay. The menu offered a range of different dishes, but unfortunately most of the main options were chicken-based. More variety in terms of other meats or vegetarian options would have been appreciated.
