Calm surroundings and waterfall in walking distance

The restaurant terrasse is kind of away from the kitchen. Extremely long waiting times for breakfast and dinner; overly friendly but not efficient staff. Sometimes even no reaction after ringing the bell. No chair for children. The receptionists seem being the restaurant/kitchen staff at the same time. We asked for a room change on arrival and were told to be able to do so on the 2nd day, which had no follow-up Restaurant: 1st day forgot the water 2nd day forgot the beer and a stone was in the peanuts!! We got a gift from the hotel staff and were repeatedly asked in person and via whatsapp to leave an excellent review (9 or 10). This practice come close to bribery and invasion of privacy.

The staff is very nice, and the room service too. We really enjoyed the food. Perfect place for relaxing. The rooms are perfect and clean. Nothing negative to say about this place or our stay.

Beautiful villa in a style that fits the environment, in an extraordinary area for capturing views of the rice fields and jungle. The staff is helpful and kind, especially Dedi and Gungde.

Even though it appears to be clean, more attention should be paid to the cleanliness, and a deep cleaning should be done.
