Nadie responde es una estafa

No nos pudimos hospedar, nos dijeron que no estaba pago los impuestos pero todo se pago y no nos hicieron reembolso

Fue una experiencia terrible, no contestaban y no pudimos hospedarnos, queremos el reembolso

Nothing, I've never got any support, I was not able to get in the property because I did not have access and no one responded on the door, the chat or the phone.

I called the contact number several times and only the first time someone answered and hung after telling me they will review my reservation, after that I tried to call them several times but no one responded. I was on the front door of the address shared on the description, but after 1 hour and a half , I decided to leave since there were no answers, I really like a refund of this reservation.

I never got my room ..it was paid on line ....

I need my refund....

It was not as advertised. This was advertised as a hotel, which it was not. There were no instructions beforehand of how to get in. We called when we arrived to get the door code. Dirty. Bad communication.
