Hilltop Serviced Apartments - Piccadilly

Didn’t get to stay. Spent several hours attempting to complete their check in requirements. Never got to check in never got to stay they refused to refund the money

The property was fine, very comfortable furnished apartment. The kitchen was good, was able to use the fridge and stove… would have been nice to have salt, pepper, some cooking oil and maybe some butter…

As a single woman travelling alone, I was not crazy about the neighbourhood…. Was NOT comfortable walking around there at night.

Great little studio flat. Location is also great, just off China Town. The secure parking is a massive bonus.

Key collection was a pain and not straight forward. They requested a £200 deposit, which is fine, however, the money was taken from my account and I am still waiting for a refund. Most accommodations place a hold on the deposit so be prepared for the money to be taken.

The place perfect

We never saw anyone at reception for the whole of our 2 week stay except when work was going to be done on the fob system.

The property is overpriced and not as portrayed in the picture at all. Value for money is 0! Paying over 3,000 pounds for this place felt like daylight ROBBERY.

Location and nice modern apartment

No where to leave luggage after check out but were told by receptionist in a hotel we could leave at nearby post office.
