The location was amazing.

There was no public parking. The only private parking was 10 min walking.

Modern renovated townhouse. Good size bathroom. Separate AC on each level. Kitchen has everything that you need for several days stay. Great location on a waterfront and close to the main street and to the beach.

They requested cash payment and it was a big inconvenience. Host was not there, and she sent another person to collect payments. He comes 3 or 4 time because of taxes issue and language barrier. Eventually they agree to accept amount that was shown on my receipt from booking, but it was annoying a bit to spend time on vacation for this meetings. But overall, I think, apartment is a good value, just try to prepay everything ahead. For the host I recommend to set up payment in credit card. Maybe it will be more taxes, but less headache for everybody.

The reserve was cancelled by the host, he only sent me a message in the Booking App telling me that the place was occupied and that I needed to cancel the reservation… But I only read the message when I was in front of the house, with family, bags… at night… This had NEVER happened with me, I use Booking.com for more than 10 years. So I really don’t recommend this place, because can’t be sure that you will really have a place to stay.

The location was great, a short walk away from the center of Ortigia. From the terrace by the front door you have a see view The apartment is right next to a restoran. Very pretty rooms, the apartment is really nice

There isn't much cell servise inside, the wifi also isn't helping much in the kitchen.
