The hotel is located on the 40th floor and offers a perfect view. The service was excellent and efficient. We arrived with two dogs, and we were not charged any additional fee for them.

Parking in Batumi can be complicated, but the reception staff looked out the window and found a parking spot for me. There was a 30-minute delay at check-in, but they provided me with a place to sit and wait during that time.
