Apartamento nuevo, amplio, cómodo y muy limpio. Muy bien equipado, tiene hasta lavadora. Personal muy amable y atento.

Está en medio de la ciudad, en una zona un poco insulsa, pero calle principal arriba hay muchos restaurantes y supermercados.

Le personnel très sympathique, la proximité avec la plage, le calme de l'appartement et la machine à laver, super car pas beaucoup de logements en propose au SRI Lanka. L'appartement était très propre.

Une odeur dans la salle de bains mais sinon tout était ok.

Exceptional service provided by the owners. Just like staying at home. They provided us every thing what we requested at their best. Enjoyed delicious breakfast also.They gave us books for reading as well. This is a newly built apartment. location - Perfect Interior - 100% Clean - 100% Service - 100% Highly recommend.👍

Close to Parakaduwa and Goyambokka beaches which were amazing - tuk tuk 300 rps. Nice local shops close by. Quiet family live downstairs. Clean and functional. Good value for the 1 night we stayed.

Bring your own washing up liquid. The doors are a tad warped due to the humidity and some handles needed attention.

"Great apartment great hosts well worth the money."

Apartment was newly built above lovely family hosts, breakfast was good and filling. Washing matching was bonus. Lovely towels, bedding. could cook as had everything you needed. We stayed longer. Hired scooters and hosts even brought in at night. Felt well looked after. Thank you. lovely kind family.

Nothing everything was perfect best place we stayed in.

"Clean and comfortable villa"

Quality exceeding the price! The villa is spacious and really clean compared to other places we visited in Sri Lanka. Bed linens were clean, mattresses very comfortable. We had a good sleep, there were no noises from outside. Villa is well equipped with kitchen, washing machine and even drying rack for clothes. Shower had good pressure and really hot water thanks to electric boiler. The shower floor even had a proper slope, so the water didn’t stay on the floor and was draining quickly! It was possible to choose from 3 breakfast options and it was tasty with some local dishes and fruits. Owner was very nice to us.

The only small annoyance was some smell in the shower, but that’s not a big deal overall.
