Location is good, it is quiet amidst in city

There's fungus all over and inside the wardrobe, on the desk as well. Little blood sucking fleas wander in the room, dirty bucket in washroom, tv is there but doesn't have cable, there's not even a phone to contact room service, lift doesn't work
