The Great Escape

Apartment is family friendly especially with the playground and pool. Apartment you can see have expensive furniture and appliances and is spacious.

At first the apartment appears clean, however the longer you stay you start to see how dirty it is. Second bedroom cushions had white marks on it. Dish clothes were dirty with marks on it ants in the main bedroom and when my husband was trying to see where they were coming from it was from one of the night stands that had a sticky residue at the back. Same in the kitchen 1st morning there ants were on the sink. Our last morning while putting away the plates in the kitchen cupboard a cockroach was running inside the cupboard and disappeared at the back of it. I would recommend having it fumigated and cleaned before guests book in.

The bed in the main bedroom is old it mst be replaced. not comfortable at all, The fitted sheets in the main bedroom are burned/ teared en had stains, The eating bowls were too small atlist if u can have a bigger ones for future, There was no extra blankets in the rooms, Air conditioner will be a better solution fr future aswell

The location was perfect and the apartment was clean

The wifi was not working for the whole stay duration. The beds were very uncomfortable.Its time to buy new beds or mattresses.

The cleanliness. The sheets looked like they had not been changed.

The place was very neat and modern

1) They only provided 1 toilet roll per bathroom for the duration of our stay. 2) There were only 3 decent sized towels for 4 people. The other towels were hand towels 3) The WiFi didn’t work for the duration of our stay. 4) The couch looks very nice but not the most comfortable 5) The main bedroom bed is sinking in the middle, it needs to be replaced 6) There was not enough hand wash in both bathrooms 7) There weren’t any detergent to wash the bath Overall, it was the lack of attention to detail.

Location and the security

We were a family of 4,we stayed there for 5 nights without Wi-Fi, my kids wanted to watch TV but we had no Wi-Fi.
