The Great Escape

The apartment did not meet the cleanliness requirements I expected, the location is perfect, the furniture is perfect but the apartment was not cleaned properly. The shelf which contains the broom and mop, is loose and unsafe. The linen and towels were stained. The shower was not cleaned. There was a cockroach that i noticed at night near the kitchen. There wasn't any extra toilet rolls or bin bags provided. The security wasn't very helpful with showing me the bin area. The date due to check in, I was in a panic, as I didn't receive the necessary information, reqiried, I am travelling from Durban and needed the information to give me peace of mind. The host was sort of abrupt on the call at first, thinking I am trying to steal hours. So sorry, I had a two hour flight and wasn't going to sneak in ahead of time.

The location is splendid!!

The location - as it was very close to a supermarket and a few good restaurants. The apartment was neat and clean

We didn't like that there were no towels on our arrival although the same were arranged the next day. Also even though the apartment is self catering, toilet paper should be provided.

Everything was on point, great host, responsive too Stay was comfortable and everything we needed was there

Nothing Although i must say, it was hard to find the location initially- so a bit more clear directions on how to get there would be better

Location - The location has easy access to Century City and the beaches around Milnerton and Bloubergstrand. A Spar is within walking distance. The property feels secure and the security person was friendly and very helpful. Comfort - The unit is very comfortable with a large couch. The beds are great with the luxurious-feeling duvets and pillows. Equipment - Loved the large TV. Didn't use the dishwasher or washing machine, but I like that they were available.
