Absolutely terrible experience at Paulwood Cabana! ⚠️ No customer satisfaction whatsoever. The owner kept cutting the electricity during the night, making it impossible to sleep 😡💡. The hot water system didn't work at all, so no warm showers either 🚿❌. I booked through Booking.com for $14 USD, but they charged me $16.38 USD plus a ridiculous 5% bank transfer fee 😤💸. Seriously, no value for money and the owner is super cunning and dishonest. Total scam! Do NOT recommend this place to anyone 🤮🚫! Save yourself the headache and avoid this nightmare!!!

Complicated location with singular rough road. You will need to travel to the centre for shops & restaurants

That staff is friendly, the room is comfortable, hot water and close to the waterfall.

Nothing to complain about the property but if you are driving a tuk tuk, the property is on the top of the hill and it’s challenging to get there specially during the night.
