"Our favourite lodge on Kruger trip"

It is an excellent small lodge (true lodge!) with gorgeous main area, conveniently located just outside the Orpen gate. Spotless clean, fantastic staff, excellent food and very good game drive!

It was nice to have a few options regarding where to take a moment to relax. Our rooms were lovely, the lounge was warm and welcoming, and the outdoor spaces were serene and beautiful. We were at peace every minute of our stay. Grateful to Veronica and all staff ♥️✨

"Exklusiv Lodge - absolutes Highlight auf unserer Reise!"

Eine außergewöhnlich schöne Lodge, direkt am Kruger Gate gelegen. Sie beinhaltet 10 Chalets, sodass es eine sehr exklusive Unterkunft mit außerordentlich freundlichem Personal ist. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und die Chalets geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr bequeme Betten! Die Betreiberin ist sehr herzlich und macht alles möglich. Die Safaris waren ebenfalls richtig gut! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

"Nie wieder!"

Der Empfang war herzlich und vielversprechend. Zimmer auf den ersten Blick prima, sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Game Drive: Der enthaltene Game Drive war eine Zumutung. Wir waren alleine unterwegs und der Fahrer schoss mit völlig überhöhter Geschindigkeit durchs Manyeleti Reservat. Fast keine Sichtungen und keine Möglichkeit für Fotos. Zum Sundowner hielt er, trotz gutem Wetter auf einer Kreuzung ohne Aussicht, dann schnappte er sich eins unsrer vorher bestellten Getränke und verschwand. Es war nicht unserer erster und letzter Game Drive aber sicher der schlechteste. Abendessen: In Buffetform und da wenig Gäste da waren sehr übersichtlich und eher einfach gehalten. Frühstück war okay, aber mehr auch nicht. Zimmer: Auf einem unserer Zimmer hatten wir in der Nacht über der Zimmerdecke Besucher ( Ratten o.ä) an schlafen war nicht zu denken. .Bei dieser Preisklasse nicht( wir haben über 700,- für 4 Personen bezahlt) erwarte ich etwas anderes.
