"learned to call all hotels direct and eliminate Booking or Expedia and all other middle people."

Location was great, room was clean to start

NO dam service, was left to take care of everything, NO help. had broken toilet seat and was told by front desk "you are o your own. We do not do anything you have to call Booking.com with all your questions and needs. No change of towels or room service for Two weeks. Never again

Location was awesome!

Our room wasn’t clean. Had dog food on the floor. The air conditioning system leaked all over the floor. We called the host to let him know. He was very nice.

Studio was very dirty, very old furniture, got biten by an unidentified insect while resting on bed and have multiple bites on my legs.

"Great studio condo right next to lift on the best ski mountain in Colorado."

Clean, comfortable, studio condo, with ski locker right next to Beaver Run lift at base of Peak 9 - true ski-in and -out. great gym, lots of hot tubs, steam room, sauna, parking and laundry. owners were very responsive to questions. walk to Main Street in 10 minutes and shuttles available as needed. nice spa across from main building. would stay again.

restaurants have specific hours, but there is always something open.
