The location of the apartment, the size and amenities, it’s beautifully decorated, the availability of the parking, and the views from the balcony were exceptional. The host was on time and very helpful at checkin & check out.

The air conditioning units in the bedrooms do require maintenance as they are very noisy.

The apartment was absolutely stunning, immaculately clean and stunning sea views. The location was perfect, a few minutes walk to the Decò supermarket which had everything you need and again just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Corso Umberto. We also took the cable car to the beach at Isola Bella which was reasonably priced a 10 euros for a return ticket. The apartment was well appointed with everything you need to cook, with a few essentials provided along with water and prosecco in the fridge on arrival. We were welcomed by Loredana who was really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Loredana was there to greet us and show us the property, the facilities, give us recommendations and give us the keys to the apartment and the remote control to the garage for our rented car. The apartment was like a five star suite. Three very comfortable bedrooms, two with full bathrooms, and very large living room integrated with a dining room and very well equipped kitchen. All the rooms equipped with A/Cs. The apartment is modern, new and with perfect lighting. Beds were great. The apartment has a large terrace overlooking Taormina. It is located a few minutes walking distance of Taormina’s downtown, close to grocery stores, restaurants and cafes. Just perfect! The apartments building has a wonderful pool for the kids and a very convenient parking place. It was the perfect location for my family. Each of my kids -11 and 9- had their own room. I could have not imagined a better place to stay in Taormina… We wished we had stayed longer!!!

Wi-Fi didn't work when I checked in. Called the woman who checked us in and she referred to the IT person. Then she texted me to say there was nothing wrong and Wi-Fi was working. She asked me to take photos, which I did and sent to her. Despite this, we argued for half an hour because she didn't believe me. Finally, the "tecnical" person must have fixed it, so she asked me to "try now". The Wi-Fi worked then. This was an unpleasant start to our vacation. Nevermind that we payed so much for the lease, it's the customer service that is the most important! To anyone who takes over the apartment in the future, check that the Wi-Fi is working upon checking in before you let the woman go.

Size of the stay was good for 5 adults.

Sorry we don’t like to write when we have a negative experience but this would not be fair to others looking to stay here and the host needs to know. Host was late to give us the key, not very friendly compared to the 7 other hosts we have experienced on our trip from other stays around Italy. Apartment lacked so much and when we asked on the day of arrival for a few things which she said would drop off, did not show up till our last day with one thing. Very disappointing.

Cora Luxury Home is beautiful. With sweeping views across Taormina, this light-filled apartment is a wonderful place to stay in Taormina. It is beautifully presented and comfortable. The kitchen is lovely and the appliances new. Everything is sparking clean. We loved it. And we were well supported by the management team.

We would recommend softer pillows.
