The house was amazingly clean, tidy and perfect for our needs.

Great location near good bus routes so we could easily get to the beach and other fun activities. Had some toys and books which were good for a 4yr old and 7yr old. Felt homely and welcoming.

It was clean and tidy, it had everything we needed. We were very comfortable and we would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Luxury Brand New Designer Living in Auckland! The apartment was incredibly easy to find and was just as beautiful as advertised. The place felt brand new, spotless, and had a designer touch that made it feel luxurious. We appreciated the spaciousness of the apartment, especially with the four bedrooms and multiple bathrooms, which made it very comfortable for our group. The location was ideal too – close to local shops, so we could easily grab anything we needed, and only a short drive from Go Media Stadium, which was perfect since we were attending events there. The air conditioning and soundproofing made it easy to relax. With private parking and excellent WiFi, we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Auckland.

There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like about this property – everything exceeded my expectations, from the comfort and cleanliness to the convenient location and beautiful design.

Very well equipped for a 2-night stay.

Very clean and well equipped for our family group of 4 adults. Made good use of the washing and drying facilities. At least one loo on each of the 3 floors which is convenient if you don't want to keep using the stairs. Parking good, although we used the garage to turn,rather than park, our big 7 seater. We may have been able to park it in the garage but it might have been just too long. Lovely bathrooms and very comfortable beds. So nice to have a bath as well as great showers. Well insulated and sound proofing good - road works in progress throughout our 5 day stay but was no problem. Would very happily stay again.

Nothing we didn't like - just suggestions for extras Could have done with coffee making facility. One of the bedrooms didn't seem to have a fan, which would have been useful in hot weather. Bath has very high sides and a grab rail to aid getting out of it would have been very useful.

New build, very clean, comfortable and pleasant. Be aware that there are stairs to get to the lounge then the upstairs bedrooms, however there is also an en-suite bedroom on the ground floor. Parking is tight, but you can use the garage if your car fits and doesn't leak oil. We were forewarned of possible traffic noise from the street as it is an end unit. We did not even notice and it was a non-issue for us. We were a party of 2 couples and we each had a full bath. We made good use of the balcony for breakfast in the sun. A very pleasant stay to wind up our 2 week tour of NZ.
