Very decent, quiet and neat. Also, the staff were responsive.

I did not like anything about the property,they are not reliable and we wasted all our fee to get to their property after they confirmed my booking they said the property is not available it’s sucks

There was nothing to like because I couldn't stay at the property due to the deceptive and terrible staffs.

After booking online, the staffs made sure to inform me few minutes upon my arrival that where I booked is no longer available as they have given it to someone else. They said making a reservation on booking does not guarantee that they would reserve the place for me. That I have to pay for it to reserve it, but that's not the policy they listed on booking.com, also the address on booking was wrong I had to waste transportation in this harsh economy going to a wrong location after calling them they redirected me to another apartment that they claimed was close by which turned out not to be. Upon getting there I had to wait almost 20mins standing at the gate and repeatedly calling that I had arrived, 1 of their nonchalant staffs came and took me to see the room so I can make payment. After seeing the room the staff said she was still cleaning it, i should make the payment while she rounds up the cleaning, i was too tired to even start asking her why she did not prepare it ahead, and that was not even where i was suppose to stay, and i have ecperienced this same bad staffs before, its like a group of the apartments in that area is managed by the same terrible manager. They increased the price of the room with about 20k extra different from what was on booking.com, so the price on booking.com was just to lure unsuspecting customers. I complained about their insincerity and even decided to make the transfer because i was extremely tired. Only for the manager to call me and told me someone just made payment for the room that i delayed, the next thing they ushered 3 scary looking guys into the room they told me to wait for, for them to clean, it was indeed a terrible experience. I left angry and started searching for another apartment in my tired state. Very annoying set of people, I really pity for the owners of the property who might run out of business shortly because I see other people's bad reviews also, so I was not the only one they treated that way.
