Ho trovato sul posto la persona che attendeva il mio arrivo per consegnarmi le chiavi e chiedermi se avevo bisogno di qualche cosa. Il Residence è a due passi dall'uscita della autostrada Roma/Teramo vicinissimo al municipio di Colledara. posto è incantevole ai piedi del Gran Sasso. E' recintato e l'auto si può parcheggiare al sicuro dentro al recinto, assieme alle chiavi viene consegnato il telecomando per apertura del cancello la mia camerara piu cucina era dotata di doppi servizi, ed era ben oltre i 50 mq.

Tutti posti sono migliorabili, il titolare fa domande giuste per migliorare

Appartamento in ottima posizione e dotato di tutti i comfort, calorosa accoglienza di Paolo che si è sempre reso disponibile a darci indicazioni ed esaudire prima di subito le nostre richieste :-) speriamo di tornare prima possibile. Splendida vista sui monti circostanti.

Vaisselles stricte minimum, pas de bouilloire pas de cafetière, même pas un rouleau d essuie tout....un briquet en guise d' allume gaz.

Bellissima struttura a due passi dal Parco nazionale del Gran Sasso e dai principali itinerari sentieristici. Avevamo a disposizione un intero appartamentino con salotto con cucina completa di tutto il necessario per cucinare, camera matrimoniale e bagno. È disponibile anche una lavatrice e un ferro da stiro con asse. Fuori c'è un giardino molto grande. Il punto di forza della struttura è senza alcun dubbio l'host Paolo, sempre gentilissimo e disponibilissimo a risolvere ogni problema e a suggerire luoghi da visitare e ristoranti/negozi in cui mangiare o comprare prodotti di altissima qualità. Consigliatissimo per un soggiorno rilassante e all'insegna del trekking!

The place is fantastic, right at the foot of Gran Sasso. I found the accommodation very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. Paolo is a wonderful person, always kind and makes you feel at ease. If you're touring Abruzzo or simply want to stay for a few days, this is the place I absolutely recommend. I hope to return soon.
