TORRETTA CORRICELLA- Punta Serra

A very comfortable apartment. Maria is the perfect host…very welcoming with lots of helpful advice.

Lovely, very large studio in a well renovated old building with simple, tasteful decoration and recent re-decoration. Lovely bathroom. Everythng we needed in the efficient neat kitchenette. Delighful and very helpful hostess Maria who gave us maps and information. The more expensive rooms had their own balconies and we had use of the roof terrace, all with sea plus beautiful Toricella views, We loved Procida and in March there seemed to be more restaurants and bars open with locals than in Ischia and we had very good lunches in Toricella and Chiaiolella harbours sitting out in the sunshine. There are regular buses but we managed the slightly uphill walk from the ferry carrying our (hand) luggage without problem. We liked the location at the top of steep hill down into Toricella Harbour as it gave easy access to both harbours and Terra Murata.

The room was very comfortable, clean and easy to find. The host was very accommodating and gave us lots of information about the island. We had a lovely stay!
