Lala's apartment

Nice apartment, very spacious. Concierge was very nice and accommodating. Apartment was clean.

Owner took hours to respond to messages, and would not give us direct contact information for the on-site concierge. When we arrived the sheets were damp, one towel was wet, and the cheap handheld shower head was broken. The owner denied the problems and would not fix the shower for our entire stay of three days. Her answer was that we should just use a bucket!

Sheet was not big enough for the bed. Shower is over the bath , we prefer walk in showers, but this is as advertised so just personal preference

Perfect location for the new city and car rental offices. The flat was fully equipped, clean and comfortable. Owner was responsive and flexible.

Address on the map didn't match the one received by email. Neither was anyway correct, first one wrong by 50 m, the one by email by 400 m. That could be an issue if you have to walk with suitcases or order a taxi.

Just like the photos, very clean and had all the facilities you could need and more. Home away from home. Cafes and shops near by and 20 minutes walking distance from the centre Medina. Lots to do in the area .
