Leider keine Waschmaschine zum Wäsche waschen vorhanden.

Facilities are orderly, clean. Free parking at a nearby underground garage with a card given alongside the key. The host Oliver did his best to give the apartment 1.5 hours early after our 1500 km on the road and for that we are grateful.

Steep staircase leading into and inside the room itself. No AC downstairs. A little cramped.

The room was reasonably clean and as described, with working air conditioning and a good bathroom. Wi-Fi worked well, check-in was easy, and private parking was available. The location is within walking distance of the center. The property also has cameras controlling the entrance, which adds a sense of security. Overall, a practical stay with decent comfort and value for money.

One small detail to note is that some of the electric outlets need fixing. They worked fine, but were coming out of the wall with some exposed wiring. Also, reaching the room requires climbing two flights of stairs, which may be worth considering if you have heavy luggage.
