Cosy Appartement Au Centre de Casablanca

I am very satisfied with my choice of accommodation. Thank you, Amine, for your support before and during my stay, as well as for offering me a free late check-in. I would just like to point out that the details mentioned in the Spanish lady’s review seem very far from the reality I experienced. Furthermore, presenting ID is a legal requirement in Morocco, and everything was done in accordance with the rules. There was no impersonation or illegal activity involved. I highly recommend this accommodation.

The short stay in Casablanca

Que tuviese una parada de tranvía a dos minutos andando.

El dueño de este apartamento nos obligaba a darle por whatsap fotos de nuestros pasaportes para hacer el chekin porque el no estaba fisicamente en el apartamento, estaría su madre y ella no se aclaraba según él con las gestiones estas. No es mi problema que él tenga un negocio y no pueda gestionarlo...... Sabe perfectamente que pedir estas cosas es una praxis ilegal. Ante nuestra negación de las fotos, que no de presentarlas en persona, que es algo completamente diferente... Nos amenazó con dejarnos en la calle, con que no quería gente así en su apartamento (Perdona? Gente como?! Por no caer en tus presiones y malas gestiones???) Gracias que con nosotros en ese momento estaba un amigo marroquí y conversó con el de todo esto y se le bajaron un poco los humos, pero aun así nos obligó a dejarle a su madre fotocopias de nuestros pasaportes....... No queda aquí solo la cosa, nos pidió confirmación de la reserva que booking nos mandó por email y yo como tonta se la envié. Cual es mi sorpresa que al terminar la estancia, veo que ha puesto una valoración de 10 en mi nombre, o sea que ha suplantado mi identidad. Segunda cosa ilegal que hace este personaje. Me imagino que mas personas que han reservado con él no se habrán dado cuenta de esto, pero que si es así, se comuniquen con booking para editar estas reseñas que ellos no han puesto. Todo esto que digo lo tengo en pantallazos de mis comunicaciones con el. Bueno el barrio es horrible, en la habitación solo hay un ventilador que ni funciona. No hay sabana de arriba, hay que taparse en pleno agosto con un edredon!

On a vraiment passé un super séjour dans cet appartement. L’emplacement est top, il y a tout ce qu’il faut juste à côté : commerces, services, tout est accessible à pied, ce qui est super pratique. L’appartement en lui-même est très bien équipé, confortable et bien meublé, on se sent vite à l’aise comme à la maison. Ce qu’on a beaucoup apprécié aussi, c’est la disponibilité du propriétaire. Toujours joignable, réactif et vraiment sympa, ça met tout de suite en confiance et ça rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Franchement, on garde une très bonne expérience et on recommande sans hésiter. C’est une adresse où on reviendra avec plaisir.

My experience was excellent! I loved the apartment. It was exactly what i needed, so cozy, air-conditioned, clean, beautifully decorated, well-equipped, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Every time I went out, I couldn’t wait to come back and relax at home. What really made the stay special, though, was the host, Amine. He was truly outstanding. From the beginning, he was incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. He communicated clearly and promptly before and during my stay, and always made sure I had everything I needed (like sharing local tips). It felt more like being welcomed by a friend than just renting a place. Just book it, you won't regret it!

L’appartement est vraiment top : très propre, calme et agréable à vivre. Il est idéalement situé, à proximité de nombreux sites touristiques et commodités. L’hôte est très gentil, à l’écoute, donne d’excellents conseils et reste toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Il est aussi très réactif au moindre souci, ce qui est vraiment rassurant. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement !

I spent a few wonderful days in this apartment for a very good price. Had everything I needed within my reach. The host Amine and his mom were so thoughtful and helpful. They told me everything about the apartment and surroundings. Amine was constantly in touch, he especially helped me with my journey from the airport (it's my first time in Morocco so I was a bit disoriented on arrival). There are a washing machine and equipped kitchen in the apartment. The living room is spacious. The bed is cosy, I slept like a baby. I met every sunrise on my yoga mat - you can see the morning sun from every room. There is a big terrace too, where you can chill and unwind. The big supermarket Marjane where you can buy all sorts of groceries is just a short walk away. You can also walk to Medina, Parc de Ligue Arabe, and Hassan II Mosque. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and Casa Voyageurs train station in close proximity. The closest tramway station is just 3 minutes away by foot. Overall, it was a fantastic local experience in Casa. Merci beaucoup pour tout, les amis!

A great place to spend time with your loved ones. The place was so clean so comfortable and so so soooo cozy✨✨
