"Good"

Its good choice if you are looking for bit extra place for your stay. There is a couple supermarkets close by and local market. The center and train station could be reach by foot (~15-20min walking). The owner is ready to provide information and answer your questions any time.

The area itself is quite busy (retail, warehouses, loading trucks), so might be bit strange at the beginning. However, I felt totally safe.

"Okay for short stay."

Interesting and lively location, good for the price. Amazing window blinds to get good nights sleep. Self check in at 3 am was nice to have.

Dirty shower, someones hair in the sink, could not find bedsheets and bed was not made. Lots of someones personal items around the apartment, weak water pressure, no shampoo

It was a very nice stay the apartment has everything you need to feel at home, clean and welcoming and the host is very communicative too

The neighbourhood looks a bit dirty because of the workers moving things around
