Large Studio Flat Near Beach Cleethorpes

Was a last minute booking as we had a change off plan and it worked out quite well, was ideal spot, lovely cosy studio apartment, lovely and clean, just right fir our requirements. Easy to find and access and good value for money

Good location

The shower was broken and i had no hot water for 3days had to go to a local gym and pay to shower, when i made this clear to the owner they said the last tenant left an hour before i came and nothing was wrong impling that i was lying, when the plumber eventualy came he pointed out that the shower was faulty . Kitchen area needs modernising. Bathroom always very cold. Stained duvet.

This is cheap basic accommodation designed for contractors and workers.and is not luxury accommodation. It's a large bedroom with shower room and attached kitchen with no sea view as it's rear of building over shops on main coast road.

Entrance and staircase lobby were off putting and smelt very stale and misty. Room itself did not. Over very busy little gem cafe with very loud penetrating music booming all evening till late at weekends. Neither peaceful or relaxing when trying to sleep!

The noise the beds was uncomfortable we ended up leaving so wasted our money

The bed was very uncomfortable and there was damp in the hall but I AM not complaining about the flat the flat was clean and tidy just enough for a couple don't feel down hearted hall stairs and landing could do with a new stair case 👍
