Rooms not cleaned daily. Had to use the same towels, not changed. Not enough blankets extremely cold. No heater in the room. Dogs keep jumping on the guest. The host was not very friendly. No emergency number to call. TV channels were very minimal.

They refused to let us check in as we were travelling from Northwest and arrived there midnight. They turned us away and we had to look for a guesthouse somewhere else in the middle of the night. The host was very very rude to us over the phone when we told him that we just arrived. He refused to let us sleep in a room we paid for on booking.com. Your statement in your response is untrue. 1. We do not drink alcohol at all 2. We were in the province for a church service and unfortunately it ended late. 3.It was just the 2 of us, where would we get the 3rd person from? 4. How did we make noise if we did not even get out of our car? We were told to leave when we called to let the host that we have arrived, the male host was so harsh over the phone and told us to leave immediately without even giving us an opportunity to negotiate our late arrival.

Kitchen: All facilities available from teaspoon to gasstove. Orderly displayed and convenient. Cooked the greatest meals of qq.😆. Sittingroom sofas and desk: Relatively comfortable and welcoming. Great TV picture clarity 👁 and sound. Was able to do my light writing work comfortably, relaxed, and focused. Sofas great for my B's🤣. Interesting shelves and barbed wired ornaments👌 including art pictures Bathroom: Great shower, basin, and toilet. Reliable and regular hot water was exciting. The door handles and lighting: are strong, bright, and both aesthetic, respectively👌. The bedroom: It was that bedroom that made me book. It's simply wozawozish (inviting). Everything in the bedroom is simply magnificent, cosy, relaxing, and homely after a day's hard work. The linen colours are an attraction, warm, and apoealing to the heart and eye💛💚 💐🍁. You simply melt into that bed. Baby sleep indeed. The garden: I love nature, and my fingers are green. I enjoyed taking pics and identifying the names of the plants. Learned a lot, especially each plants purpose in health.🌱🪴🌿🌴🍁☘️. Dogs 🐕 🐕 🐕: I am afraid of dogs. However, my anxiety dissipated when I was assured they do mo harm. I literally proved practically. Even spoke to them, especially the young one. Please send me their written minutes 🤣🤣. Do I like the place: Definately, no 👎. I love it 😍. Will I come back if need be: DEFINITELY 👊.. Fix the kitchen cold water 💧 tap. It appears the 'rubber' has depreciated. You have to carefully tighten it, Was afraid it may break, had to be slow and be careful when applying pressure to close it. Do fix the water supply valve toilet ciste1rn, and it will cost you an exirbitant water bill. Solved that challenge by closing the supply tap. There was no mosquito repellent, I had two invading the bedroom due to the rainy week. Kindly provide 🙏. An improved gaedenlandscaping would be an added bonus and attraction.. Work on it. I enjoued everything, the host were welcoming . Not noisy but a good place. Enjoyed every but of my stay and it is very accessible amd safe. Highly recommend this for leisure or business travel, they have very friendly dogs too.

The host was readily available to help with whatever I needed

The mattress needs replacing. Also invest in blackout curtains
