Wow! That’s all I can say. This place was perfect. The location is so central with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby including a Mini Mart. The property is beautiful, clean and quiet. The staff were wonderful as well. I stayed in the deluxe room with the balcony. The TV in my suite was great for cozy nights in. I’m definitely going to come back next time I’m in Canggu. 10/10 and amazing rates too!

"Great stay and very nice hotel"

Such a nice hotel. Pretty outside area, great laundry service, very calm but in the middle of everything. Also super for solo travelers to meet other people at the pool area

The humidity during rainy season in the room was quite high. The hotel gave me a humidifier which was louder, but eventually worked fine.

Great location 10-15 minute bike ride from everything in Canggu like Finns and La Brisa! Some cute breakfast spots that were about a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel also. Front desk was able to hold our bags for us before/after checkout and also had a paid laundry service.

Our automatic door was broken so we had trouble closing and locking the room properly. The staff was very helpful and took care of it for us, though.

"Fantastic stay with the Palms and would return!"

The property had a beautiful pool area where we were lucky to meet some lovely backpackers. The staff walked round with fresh complimentary fruit for all guests which we thought was a very generous touch. The staff were very attentive and cleaned the room each day.

The bathroom didn’t have any air flow and so it trapped many mosquitoes in which made it quite uncomfortable to shower but unsure if this can be helped!

Great location - away from the main street so it was nice and quiet. Great cafe/restaurant Samm's Farm on the corner to get your morning coffee/breakfast and even lunch and dinner.

Had an issue accessing the wifi for streaming on the TV on the Saturday night, but it worked on the Friday night.
