Location is just fine as it is not near downtown so it is quiet.

No window. Even the CR does not have a window. Poor ventilation as air do not circulate. Strong scent of albatross is both hurting my nose and eyes.

nothing! everything was horrible!

everything was dirty / manual flushing & toilet was always clogged which the staff admittedly that's a perennial problem/ short term internet/ currently renovating, our car and shoes were covered in cement / bathroom too small with grease stained curtain/sitting on the toilet and you'll kiss the wall in front of you/ moldy cabinets/ questionable cleanliness of sheets/ noisy industrial chiller as fridge/ karaoke singing all throughout night until wee hours in the morning by neighbors / steep road and problematic parking

dishonest. it was a hassle and stressful for us. they were saying we did not book coz it doesnt show in their bookings. but we have proof. the property is dirty. and waited for them to clean it. they tried to move us to different property but its too far from the burham park. so we ended up staying at the property that we did booked but such a hassle from a long trip.

Honestly, we were really disappointed with this place. The main problem was the source of water. Every morning there would be no water coming out from the faucet and shower. We were a group of 10 touring around Baguio and we wanted to leave as early as 730 am to go around but because there wasn't any water, no one can even take a bath. All our plans got pushed back because of this problem. Secondly, it was advertised that they will provide toiltries and towels but when we arrived there wasn't a single towel nor toiltery that was available on our booked house. We had to ask them to provide us with those items.

The staff were very accommodating and polite. The place is great for group of friends or family. We stayed at the Superior Villa.

There is only 1 toilet and bathroom. So there's a long line waiting outside the bathroom and we extended 2 hours of stay because of that. But i consider that a minor problem coz we, especially the teens really enjoyed our stay.

1. There is water heater which is great. 2. Staff is accommodating and respectful. 3. They asked me what I think about the place and I hope they will be more transparent to the guests especially the condition of the place. The human resources manager said that this place is under renovation. 4.Pet friendly which we love.

I haven't tried their meals which we were grateful as the condition of the place needs renovation and general cleaning. It's a little filthy. The management should address the conditions of this place. The photos are deceitful. Don't put your expectations high. Photos don't look the same as on the website 1. Parking- doubled parking- very inconvenient: Had to work with other guests to move our cars around when leaving and arriving. 2. WIFI is totally unreliable. 3. Water flow is very weak in the sink. 4. Bunk beds are wiggly and the rails are breakable. 5. Wooden divider is not stable. 6. Bathroom: The bathroom we were in is small. We could smell the bathroom from the other unit which is disgusting. 7. Their kitchen to prepare the meals is unorganized and not so clean. There are woods, metals, etc. by the parking lot next to the kitchen. 8. No toaster, microwave. 9. The charge when damaging an item is 4X the price e.g. fridge. 10. Overall: the management needs to focus on cleaning the place 100 times. We weren't comfortable at all. It is uncomfortable for and the place is too small for 8 people. What they charged us was not worth it.

Everything is dirty, i totally regret booking the place. The hose photos taken are after we clean the place, sink are stuck water have a bad flow..shower is broken water heater too.

All of it, the place people, experience with the . And its not wort the money.

Round about 3-6pm during my one day stay there were some work being done to the house which has caused a lot of noise and made resting quite hard
