La atención del recepcionista fue lo mejor, me quede unos días y él me ayudo con indicaciones en la localidad, tambien tuve un desperfecto en lavabo pero al notificarlo él lo solucionó.

Solo Camas un poco duras

Bright lighting in room (although seems normal in mexico) Some of the staff were pretty unfriendly Had to ask for a key for the fridge whenever you needed it

QUE TENDA ESCALONES EN LA PRIMERA ENTRADA Y FALTO UNA RAMPA EN LA SECCION ENTRADA PRINCIPAL DEL HOTEL PARA PERS.CN SILLAS DE RUEDAS.YA Q TIENE ESCALONES 3 DE BAJADA Y DOS DE BAJADA ANTES DE LLEGAR ALOS CUARTOS. FALTA ESTAC.PROPIO LOS VEHICULOS SE QUEDAN EN LA ENTRADA.

The staff are super friendly and the room was comfortable. The kitchen area was spotless and had enough to prepare small meals. We really enjoyed our stay in Valladolid.

Precio y ubicación

La cama no tenía algo para cubrirse mejor del frío, solo tenía sabanas

Ruim bed en ruime kamer. De gemeenschappelijke keuken was gezellig en goed voorzien.

Er was een lekkage, waardoor de galerij voor onze kamer nat en heel glad was. We vonden het personeel niet erg behulpzaam. Ook de controle van de kamer bij vertrek kwam niet erg vriendelijk over.
