Property was mostly clean, but needed a bit of an upkeep.

Charged £150 deposit that still has not been returned despot leaving the property exactly how I found it over a month ago. Now the owners have stopped responding on messages and ignoring my calls.

Location, area is very convenient, property is in quiet location, parking right outside property. House has been refurbished and was clean but some areas could still be seen of prior refurbishment but all facilities are provided in the property

The quality of refurbishment, with a bit of more effort in refurbishment this could have been 5 star

Living room and kitchen

The location was excellent for us. Parking right outside, nice and super quiet area. Facilities were fine for us for a couple of nights. We would have liked a cafetiere as we love our coffee in the morning. Lidl near by for food. The beds were really comfortable, double and the singles. Living room was nicely decorated.

There was confusion with the key code, booking.com sent one and the hosts sent one both different which I realised in the end. Trying to get in at 10pm at night when it was freezing cold, using the booking.com code and the hosts didn't answer my call wasn't ideal but after scrolling through emails realised there was another code! The attention to detail in the house could be a little better, there was plaster splashes in the bathroom that just needed wiping off, a dip in the floor by the dining table so one chair leg went in it, a door handle missing. A handy man to tidy them all up would make it so much better.
