Villa Madunic with private swimming pool

Wir hatten hier einen traumhaften Urlaub. Das Haus liegt leicht abgelegen auf einem Berg, sodass man keine Nachbarn stört, aber niemand einen selber belästigt. Gerade auch der Pool, den man über ein paar charmante Treppen erreicht, liegt noch etwas höher hinter dem Haus und ist von Bäumen gesäumt, sodass man auch etwas schatten hat und niemand auf den Pool schauen kann. Trotz der Lage in dem kleinen Örtchen Cista Provo hat man alles, was man braucht in kurzer Reichweite. Unten im Ort, etwa 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, gibt es Einkaufsläden, süße Kaffees und ein leckeres Restaurant namens Z'okus, das ich sehr empfehlen kann. Größere Supermärkte wie Lidl und Kaufland erreicht man in 30 Minuten und wenn es einen vom Pool mal ans Meer zieht, erreicht man auch das in einer halben Stunde. Das Haus liegt an der Sonnenseite des Berges, sodass man den ganzen Tag am Pool oder auf den Balkonen die Sonne genießen kann. Zum kochen haben wir persönlich fast ausschließlich den Aufenthaltsraum genutzt und gegessen meist draußen an dem großen überdachten Tisch. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat immer innerhalb weniger Stunden auf unsere Fragen und Anliegen geantwortet, was uns sehr bei der Organisation geholfen hat. Sehr zu empfehlen!

The territory is very large and very green, with great views. The owners were very nice, helpful, attentive and adaptive. They even got us some firewood for the barbaque. The house is great, with a lot of equipment and very comfortable. The village is in a walking distance and has everything one might need.

The dishes were a bit dirty, either not cleaned properly after last guests or not used for a long time. There were very little kitchen amenities (spices, sugar, no oil, not enough detergent ...).

Fajny klimat na uboczu. Z basenem czyszczonym codziennie. Polecam ten obiekt cisza i spokój do Omis pół godziny samochodem. Duży Basen, Duża wiata z grillem oraz duża kuchnia z barem i wszystko co potrzebne do spędzenia czasu z rodziną.

Villa is equipped to make you feel just like home. Pool is cleaned daily & plants and trees make you feel like in an oasis. Furthermore the host Ivana went out of her way to accommodate us the best she could. I recommend this place and would return anytime.

Location, atmosphere, pool

We spent as a group of 12 friends a week in july at Villa Madunich and had a very great time! The Place Is Amazing and has all the facilities to allow a perfect holiday☺️ The owners were helpful and super nice with US, too!

A very tidy and lovely house equipped with everything you need. More than enough space and nice bathrooms. Host's daughter responded to our questions very quickly if we needed anything. The pool is clean and there is realy nice place for sunbathing around it. We really liked the outdoor space by the fireplace where we played cards and talked during the day, and in the evening we moved to the big summer kitchen where we can continue with hanging, as the house is located in a quieter village.
