Downtown Cozy Apartment Old Town

The apartment is generally very cozy and at absolutely excellent location with free parking in front of the building. It was very clean and all set well. The light in parter of the building was not working though which has to be fixed, in the instruction is not mentioned which lockbox belongs to this app and there are 4.

Wicked decor, super clean, super comfy. Attention to detail is amazing, there was toiletries, washing up stuff, coffee and even hot chocolate packets. The flat itself was very nice, comfy bed and good aircon. Host was super nice and helpful when I spoke to them, detailed information and just 10|10 place. Shops are close by, area is quiet and seems decent.

Not much to not like, except the kitchen sink - couldn’t really wash anything as the taps are a little awkward and also nowhere to dry your clothes, unless I didn’t find a drying rack.

It was a centrally located and very clean apartment. Having a very small and narrow balcony was a handicap.

The building is very old and very cold inside, outside in front of the main door there were big broken pieces of glass that we had to be careful about. The flat was also very cold, outside temperature was 26 inside probably less than 20 but we didn’t want to switch on the AC as it doesn’t make sense in such weather. The flat is tiny, looks bigger on the pictures. For 2 people it is ok but we were with our 2 kids who slept on the sofa which was too short even for them so their feet were outside of the bed, so I would recommend to sell it for 2 people only. As building is old the flooring was terrible - each step could wake up the whole building. Bathroom was very small so no idea why they put a bath inside which was not and could not be separated from the toilet so it was wet all the time when we had a shower and water was even going outside of the bathroom so we had to dry it with 1 of the towels provided which seems was not in accordance with the policy of the property so they told us they would charge us for this. It is good they only gave us 2 big towels (although we clearly mentioned in the reservation we are 4), otherwise they would probably charge us for more. Pillows were terrible all in big bubbles. So be careful when booking this property!
