Receptionist is incredibly friendly.

Ant infestation in the walls of room 207. Only found out at night when they came out. Not a fan of the shower head, unfortunately quite weak.

I almost changed my mind about staying in Bolzano, and I'm so glad I didn't. It is a beautiful town, and Meta Suites is a beautiful hotel. As you enter the building, you walk through a garden/gift shop, with a grand staircase leading up to private offices. The hotel registration desk is located above that, at the entrance to the restaurant. I was given a welcome drink, and watched from the terrace as a choir was performing in the square below. The staff were exceptional (Kiana and Mara, I hope I got their names correct). There was a table already prepared and waiting for me each morning. Absolute 5 star service!

It was a perfect stay!

Das Hotel war unglaublich schön, die Angestellten bis zum Chef haben immer für eine angenehme Atmosphäre gesorgt. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war Top, das Essen im Restaurant, wie auch das Frühstück á la Carte ebenso. Ich komme gerne wieder zu Besuch.

Es war alles hervorragend.
