Clean, well supplied- even with shampoo, excellent communication, good WiFi

Ask for a larger bedsheet that can be tacked under your mattress. Gaps at the bottom of your room door let in the noise from the adjacent common room/kitchen.

The place was as advertised. They have 4 individual rooms with 2 one-person beds. It is very clean, new. Getting the keys was super simple (there's a lock and they send you the codes) so very flexible. Easy access and parking in front. They have an equipped kitchen if need be. Room are comfy too. The area is quiet/residential

Not much at a walking distance but 5 min in car from lake and coffees/shops etc

Everything you need for a stay, it's there. Also, very easy and quick communication with the host. And Alūksne is gorgeous in autumn 🍁

Maybe it's my age creeping in but could have used 2 pillows for better sleep.
